Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to eBooks, audiobooks, downloadable files, online courses, worksheets, and educational content), all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access or download has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a technical issue on our side
  • The product is materially different from its description

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Payments already made are non-refundable
